Looking for ethousiastic festival volunteers<\/h3>\n

Would you like to participate in the NonFiction Photo Festival? Then this is your chance! We are looking for festival volunteers for guided tours and cashier work. Good conversations, friendships and you learn new things during the training sessions in this cultural environment. The festival will take place this year from November 11 to December 4. Register before October 5.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Friendships, knowledge and an unforgettable experience<\/h5>\n

At the end of this year, our team<\/a> again organises an exciting photo festival. A group of about 40 volunteers makes this possible. One of them said: \u201cNonFiction Photo has been such a welcoming place to volunteer for someone with an interest in storytelling, photography and social issues. Every shift I have enjoyed how much I have learned from the other volunteers, from visitors, from all of you as coordinators. So definitely 5 stars!\u201d In addition to your responsibilities, you will also be part of a team full of other enthusiasts, who are not afraid of a game of knowledge exchange. For example, this year there is a promo day with a lecture, interesting conversations arise during dinner and we watch a film about photography.<\/p>\n

Two cool jobs<\/h5>\n

Would you like to be able to provide people with a different view of the exhibited photos? One of the functions you can fulfill as a volunteer is that of a tour guide. You will then show people around our photo exhibitions. The nice thing about this is that you can teach visitors things, but you also learn a lot about the exhibitions yourself. Interesting conversations will also regularly arise between you and the people you show around.<\/p>\n

In addition to giving a tour, you can also be used as a host. As a host, you receive the visitors and are therefore the showpiece of the festival. After all, the first impression is one that lasts. \u201cYou meet all kinds of people, because you don't know in advance who will come in. It also offers a great opportunity to talk about how visitors experienced the festival. This function is also a great challenge to encourage visitors to the extra activities we offer.\u201d says Marlie Wabeke, head of hospitality.<\/p>\n
