2020 "Paje" Barbaresco DOCG Boffa, 75cl, 14% Messnerhof Production: 5The small vineyard "Paj", which was planted by Carlo Boffa in 1991, is located on the edge of Barbaresco, as is the Ovello vineyard. This Nebbiolo is full bodied, has sweet tannins, is balanced and harmonious and has a nice length. It smells of red berries with earthy aromas and some leaves. The body is strong. A wine with a lot of potential that is already very accessible. A traditional Barbaresco that is at its best as a food accompaniment.
