Weekly Regimen Guidelines Starting Conservative For those new to NAD+ research: Week 1-2: Start with 50-100mg twice weekly Week 3-4: Increase to 100-200mg twice weekly if tolerated well Maintenance: 100-250mg twice weekly Common Research Protocols Conservative Protocol: 50mg 2x/week = 100mg/week Moderate Protocol: 100mg 2x/week = 200mg/week Intensive Protocol: 150-250mg 2x/week = 300-500mg/week Administration Considerations Subcutaneous injection is the most common route Best absorbed when taken on an empty stomach Morning administration is generally preferred Some researchers report mild flushing or warmth at higher doses Calculating Your Dose Use the PeptIQ Reconstitution Calculator for precise measurements: Example calculation: Vial: 250mg NAD+ BAC water added: 5mL Concentration: 50mg/mL Desired dose: 100mg Volume to draw: 2mL (100mg ÷ 50mg/mL = 2mL) Storage Guidelines Reconstituted NAD+ should be refrigerated at 2-8°C Use within 30 days of reconstitution Keep away from light to preserve potency Never freeze reconstituted solution Safety Considerations Always use sterile technique for reconstitution Use new needles for each draw Start low and increase gradually Monitor for any adverse responses This information is for research purposes only Conclusion Proper reconstitution and dosing are foundational to NAD+ research
