renauxii is actually surprisingly easy to grow and look after so long as you keep them out of direct sunlight and provide at least a little humidity so they don't dry out

The variation of colours on the new leaves can range from white to cream

It has a bit of a reputation for being 'finicky' which I don't think is quite right

But these examples will more than likely be variations on pinky/purple/reddish with differing amounts of cream & yellow mixed in
