Pop-up exhibition
Our upcoming exhibition (taking place November-December 2023) explores the topic of gender equality and the urgency of the feminist movement in the 21st century. Our aim is to highlight the voices and experiences of women from different backgrounds, cultures, and identities. Local photographers will showcase the realities of these experiences. During this inspirational pop-up exhibition you can browse the photographs from our older exhibitions that touch on these topics.
Do you want to contribute to our upcoming exhibition? Here is where you can help us! Browse our mini exhibition and leave your thoughts or share your own story with us.
Photography studio
Our headquarters is also a photo studio. Come check out where the magic happens and maybe you can get one of our photographers to snap you a photo.
Wood and Metal Workshop
Next door to our studio is a wood and metal workshop by Driever aka Dries Verbeke (@theflowofdriever), our master builder who makes recycled art and design. Here you can find various interesting pieces such as lamps, art and design pieces from re-purposed and discarded materials. Driever aka Dries Verbeke (@theflowofdriever), onze bouwmeester die gerecyclede kunst en design maakt. Hier vind je interessante lampen, kunst- en designstukken van hergebruikt en afgedankte materialen.
De Biotoop
On top of that, De Biotoop is an interesting quarter in its own right. A unique project of public housing, de Biotoop is where artists, designers, musicians, start-ups, architects, web developers, furniture makers, woodworkers – disciplines and crafts operate closely together. In addition to living and working spaces, the Biotoop also offers space for a self-harvest garden, a conference center and film, theater and music performances. A great place to spend your day getting lost and finding amazing spaces.
